There are a few chef's you'll hear about from Brooklyn, Brentnol Adams who also refers to himself as Chef Papi gained a love for cooking at a young age and decided that it was his passion. He began working in his family owned Brooklyn restaurant named Two Steps Down and has now furthered his talents in the kitchen to his own restaurant in Harlem, Farafina. Brentnol considers himself as the pioneer of the new style age of cooking that is influenced by music & art. He hopes that every culinary student adopts his vision of cooking from the heart and see each dish as a work of art.
